Lagoon Camp is on the bank of the Kwando River in the northern section of the private Kwando Reserve, looking across the water to Namibia's Zambezi Region. Eight tented suites and a family suite stand under riverine trees with en-suite bathrooms and river views. Kwando's guiding model puts a tracker on the front of each vehicle and allows off-road driving on the private reserve, so the camp's signature activity is following predators off-track; night drives, boating safaris on the Kwando, fishing and helicopter safaris are also offered. Departure times and route lengths are set by season and by what is being tracked. Operated by Kwando Safaris, which shares the reserve with Lebala.
