Ngoma Safari Lodge stands on the edge of a plateau in the Chobe Forest Reserve, above the seasonal floodplain of the Chobe River at the western end of the park, well away from the concentration of lodges at Kasane. Suites are thatched and finished with volcanic rock, each with a private plunge pool, en-suite bathroom and lounge. Activities are game drives in Chobe, boat safaris on the Chobe River when water levels allow, walking safaris, night safaris, birding and cultural visits. The river frontage below the lodge draws the large elephant herds the park is known for. Operated by Machaba Safaris.
