Savute Safari Lodge is inside Chobe National Park in the Savute region, on the bank of the Savute Channel where it opens towards the marsh. Eleven thatched chalets and a family chalet take a maximum of 24 guests, with viewing decks, a photographic hide and a high deck with a telescope for stargazing. Game viewing is by open 4x4 across the Savute marsh and plains; the operator describes the area as hosting the second-largest summer zebra migration in Africa, and excursions run to the San rock paintings in the Gubatsa Hills.
