Basecamp Wilderness is an eight-tent camp in Saddle Valley within the Mara Naboisho Conservancy, of which its operator is a founding member. Seven are guest tents and one is a family tent. Activities are day and night game drives, walking safaris for guests aged 18 and over, balloon flights, birding, bush meals and sundowners, village visits and fireside storytelling. The conservancy limits the number of vehicles that may attend a sighting, so game viewing is less crowded than in the adjoining national reserve. The camp is part of Saruni Basecamp, the combined Saruni and Basecamp Explorer portfolio, which also runs Eagle View and Leopard Hill in Naboisho.

It is the Basecamp-branded camp inside Naboisho, priced below its Saruni-branded siblings on the same conservancy and with the same activity access.
