Okuti is inside Moremi Game Reserve on the Maunachira River, in the Xakanaxa area where permanent water meets the reserve's mopane and riverine woodland. The camp has five twin or double units and two larger two-bedroom family units, built as curved thatch structures rather than tents, with a swimming pool and wheelchair access throughout. Activities combine half- and full-day game drives in Moremi with motorboat trips and mokoro excursions on the permanent channels at the camp's doorstep; birding is strong on the water. Children from seven are accepted. The camp is operated by Ker & Downey Botswana and holds a five-star grading from the Botswana Tourism Board.

About the photographs
The pictures on this page are stock photographs of African bush and desert country, chosen to suggest the kind of landscape you find around the Okavango Delta, Botswana. They are not photographs of this property, and we cannot verify where any of them was taken — a stock library records the photographer, not the place. We use them rather than borrow the property's own marketing images, which would imply we had been there. For pictures of the rooms, see the property's own site.
