Hemingways Ol Seki Mara stands on a hill above the Mara Naboisho Conservancy. There are eight tents, called Nina Tents, and two villas, Simba and Chui, which are let on an exclusive-use basis. Daily flights from Nairobi land about ten minutes from camp at the Ol Seki airstrip, which also serves several other Naboisho camps. Activities are game drives, balloon flights, guided walks and visits to the conservancy's Maasai communities, with a children's programme. Naboisho's conservancy rules permit walking and night driving, neither of which is allowed in the adjoining national reserve. Hemingways Collection also runs a separate camp in the Mara North Conservancy.

About the photographs

The pictures on this page are stock photographs of African bush and desert country, chosen to suggest the kind of landscape you find around the Greater Maasai Mara, Kenya. They are not photographs of this property, and we cannot verify where any of them was taken — a stock library records the photographer, not the place. We use them rather than borrow the property's own marketing images, which would imply we had been there. For pictures of the rooms, see the property's own site.
