Meno a Kwena occupies a clifftop on tribal land above the Boteti River, on the western boundary of Makgadikgadi Pans National Park and about two hours by road from Maun. Tents are simple and solar-powered, with the camp's game viewing mostly happening below it: the Boteti is the dry-season water source for the zebra migration, which the camp watches from April to October, including from a floating photographic hide on the river. Other activities are game drives in the national park, Bushman cultural walks and desert survival demonstrations, boating, guided walks, birding, community visits and sleep-outs on the salt pans.
