TAASA Lodge occupies a ridge in a private concession east of the northern Serengeti, about 30 minutes by road from Lobo airstrip. Its twelve tents are set along the ridge with views over the surrounding country. Being on concession land rather than inside the national park, the lodge runs off-road game drives, night drives and guided bush walks, all included in the rate along with the concession fees. Maasai village visits and bush dining are also offered, and balloon flights can be arranged at extra cost. The operator runs a second, relocating property, TAASA Migration Camp, which moves between sectors of the Serengeti through the year.
